In Conca de Barberà, there is a variety that has gone from being anonymous to becoming a symbol of authenticity and elegance. It is called Trepat and is the soul of our project at Mas de la Creu. We make wines that express the truth of the land, with freshness, delicacy and their own identity. Trepat is known for its natural freshness, its red fruit notes and its fine, spicy profile. For decades it was a modest variety, but today it is captivating sommeliers and wine lovers around the world with its elegance and authenticity.

Each Mas de la Creu wine is a different interpretation of the Trepat variety and the landscape that surrounds us. Tasting a Mas de la Creu Trepat is a sensory experience that connects you with the land:

Cup3: the youngster of youngsters

The purest expression of a young wine with a hint of black Grenache. A light, lively and aromatic wine with notes of strawberry and white pepper. Ideal for discovering Trepat, on its own or paired with any type of food.

Deliri: freshness of old vines

Made from grapes from old vines and fermented in oak casks, it displays the most complex and refined expression of the Trepat variety. Aromas of fine spices, ripe fruit and Mediterranean herbs. Fresh, long and elegant: a truly distinctive wine.

Elixir: conscious ageing

The ultimate expression of variety in a mature wine. Made from old vines, it is fermented in barrels and aged in bottles. It is deep and mature, with balsamic notes and sweet spices. Perfect with roast meats or mushroom dishes.

 

Frenètic: ancestral pairing

Our ancestral sparkling wine is an ode to simplicity and ancestral wisdom. A natural blend of Trepat and Parellada, without additives, which allows the wine to ferment only once, in the bottle, capturing all the energy of the moment of harvest.

14 Hores: the quintessential rosé

Traditionally, this variety was used to produce rosé wines. With 14 Hores, we maintain this tradition and take consumers on a surprising journey. A delicate rosé with aromas of white flowers and fresh fruit. The essence of the Mediterranean in a sip.
