The 2020 vintage of Menut scored 92 points in the Guía Peñín 2025 and was named Best Red Wine of DO Conca de Barberà at the 2024 Sigillum Awards.
The nose is powerful, a rich palette of perfumes made up of ripe plum, licorice and spices, complemented by the contributions of its time in barrel: toasted notes, wood and a distant hint of coffee and chocolate.
On the palate it shows the breed of a wine aged from well-ripened grapes in our terroir: voluminous mid-palate, consistency and structure, velvety texture, a considerable thickness finished in a harmonious persistence.
This Garrut 100% red wine pairs perfectly with elaborate vegetable dishes, with meat stews or the most intense sea and mountain dishes. A type of wine ideal for pasta dishes with tomato and meat sauces or for chicken, rabbit or vegetable rice dishes.
